Type: Description; Three-side sealed bag: The most common type, with sealed edges on the back and both sides; Stand up pouch with zipper: With a flat bottom design at the bottom and a zipper at the bag opening, this kind of transparent pouch can be repeatedly sealed.; Flat Bottom bag: All four sides can stand upright, providing a larger display area and a more three-dimensional appearance.; Vacuum bag: Sealed after removing air, effectively preventing product oxidation and deterioration.; Shrinking bag: After heating, this type of transparent pouch will tightly adhere to the product and perfectly display the product outline.; Special-shaped bags: Designed in special shapes, such as hand-held type, mouth-type, etc.
Customization and Material Context
Custom package development can cover format, dimensions, thickness, sealing method, and functional features such as zippers, spouts, easy-tear openings, hanging holes, and transparent windows. Material structures can be selected according to barrier level, heat resistance, puncture resistance, heat-sealing performance, shelf-life requirements, and filling conditions. Available production options include 5-layer or 7-layer co-extruded blown films, single-layer and multi-layer cast films, gravure and flexographic printing, dry lamination, solvent-free lamination, extrusion lamination, and co-extrusion lamination. Supported structures include HDPE-, MDOPE-, PP-, PS-, EVOH-, and PA-based materials.
